Punch of Fire, spirit drink based on white rum, pepper and spices, sweet and spicy. From a soft fragrance to fresh notes of guarapo, vanilla and cinnamon, with an intense and marked flavor of pepper.
Legend has it that the ancient Aborigines used a sacred drink during war rituals to venerate the supreme beings and ask them to instill in warriors strength and courage for battle. This sacred drink was made from various types of pepper that were sweetened to facilitate its intake.
The Blow of Fire, as they called it, kept the blood warm on cold nights and facilitated the digestion of food, invigorating the body and spirit for combat.
Based on that sacred drink, we have created Punch of Fire Aboriginal Village, a spirit based on white rum, spices and pepper that immerses you in the experience of the Aboriginal warrior preparing for glory.
CANARY BLOODY MARY
Ingredients:
- 5 cl of Punch of Fire Aboriginal Village Rum
- 9 cl of tomato juice
- 1.5 cl of lemon juice
- 2 Dashes of Salsa Perrins (Worchestershire)
- 1 Dash (hit) from Volcan Palmero or Tabasco
Garnish: fresh celery and lemon wedge.
Dressings: Season with celery salt, salt and pepper.
Observations: It is made in a mixing glass or directly in a hig-ball glass.
