Through this noble rum we pay homage to the sky of the Canary Islands. We take a brief tour of the most representative stellar bodies of each hemisphere, creating artisanal rums inspired by our passion for this spirit drink. Product of a complex production of sugar cane distillates made by hand in the Canary Islands under different fermentation and distillation parameters to be subjected to a long maturation and blending process that will give them a unique and special character. The entire process is carried out in the most purist way possible. No external factor intervenes in the mixture of rums, only distillate, barrels and time. Without any type of added additives. This is a signature rum. A blend of rums of different profiles and vintages. Very old rums and fresh brandies.
