Elaboration: The vineyards for this wine are situated over 800 meters, making them one of the highest in Europe, exclusively from the upper towns of the region de Abona. The varieties used are perfectly adapted to high altitude conditions, their production shows an exceptional quality.
In his wine grape clusters are introduced into a closed tank, creating an internal carbon dioxide-rich atmosphere. In the absence of oxygen inside each grape occurs in intracellular fermentanción which transforms sugar into alcohol, changing the skin texture of the grain and favoring a different character to this wine.

Tasting: Nice cherry color with violet hues, very intense nose reminiscent frutass. The palate is nice and persists reminiscent olfactory stage.
