This wine is made from a selection of varieties once it has arrived ideal maturity, there is a maceration to obtain adequate polyphenols which give the wine a distinctive identity, the fermentation T º is 25 º C, which gives the wine a characteristic fruity aroma.
Once developed this wine is passed to the oak barrels (50% American, 50% French) for a period of 4 months to round out its expression in the mouth.
